This project comprises of 3 major components: A large shopping mall, a hotel, and offices/service department block. The outline concept design has provided a mixed of 3 simple yet striking architectural forms with the select use of inclined walls and cladding given unity and identity and strong visual dynamic is thus created. Lusail Marina Twin Tower

Lusail Marina is composed of two towers, Tower 1 with 30 storey for office use, and Tower 2 with 24 storey for residential. The Towers are linked by a bridge on the 22nd Level to house in a specialty restaurant that serve both occupants of the building. BUA: 44,000 Sq. M. Shared Podium 5 levels.
